NEWLY ENROLLED STUDENTS ACADEMIC YEARS 2026-27 - ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
Newly admitted students to the Department of Nursing, after completing electronic registration through the Electronic Registration Information System 2026 of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, are invited to submit or send to the Department's Secretariat the following supporting documents, from 07-09-2026 to 18-09-2026 :
1) Printed and signed electronic registration application (submitted through the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports application)
2) Photocopy of Police ID Card or Passport (what has been declared in the online registration)
3) One (1) ID-type photo (color or black and white)
4) For males only , a birth certificate or certificate of marital status indicating the Male Registration Number.
5) Certificate of AMKA and VAT number
6) Certificate of deletion or graduation certificate for successful candidates who declared during their online registration that they were studying at another Department of higher education.
7) Signed information form for the processing of personal data (see attached form).
Successful candidates with the special category of Greek Citizens of the Muslim Minority of Thrace
In order to complete their registration , those admitted to Tertiary Education with the special category of Greek Citizens of the Muslim Minority of Thrace, after completing the online registration, must, in addition to the above supporting documents , submit in person or send by courier to the Department Secretariat by Friday, September 18, 2026 , a relevant certificate that they are registered in the municipal rolls of the Municipality of the Prefecture of Xanthi, Rodopi or Evros. If they have transferred to another Municipality in another region, then they must send or submit in person, as above, a certificate from the specific Municipality, which shows that they transferred to it from a Municipality in the above Prefectures.
Successful candidates of the special category of patients
from serious illnesses
Successful candidates in the special category of those suffering from serious illnesses, after completing the online registration, must, in addition to the above supporting documents, submit or send by Friday, September 18, 2026:
a) A clear photocopy of the Graduation Certificate: high school diploma or degree or proof of the school from which they graduated.
b) A clear photocopy of the Certificate of diagnosis of the disease issued either a) by a competent seven-member Committee of the hospital, as established each year, by ministerial decision, in accordance with No. F.151/17897/B6/2014 (Government Gazette 358 B') joint ministerial decision, or b) by the Committee for examining objections of candidates with serious diseases for admission to Tertiary Education at a rate of 5%, which is established by joint ministerial decision, following a recommendation from the Central Health Council (KESY) of the Ministry of Health.
